The promise

One practical goal. One concrete output. Real skills underneath.

We pair each participant with one realistic thing to move forward — and finish the pilot with something they can actually use. Along the way, you build the AI, business, admin, and financial literacy that makes more options possible.

Example outputs

What participants might leave with.

We shape the output around the person. Here are examples of what "one concrete output" can look like:

  • A simple business plan for a small idea
  • A one-page financial picture: income, expenses, options
  • A working AI assistant for a specific task in their work
  • A short job-search package: resume + outreach plan + AI helper
  • A clear next step toward incorporation or self-employment
  • A weekly operating routine for a side project
  • An AI-assisted pricing or quoting workflow
  • A simple bookkeeping and receipts system
  • A practical learning plan for the next 6 months
  • A short pitch or proposal a participant can actually send

How the weeks flow

A light, sequenced spine — adapted to the cohort.

The pilot runs 6–8 weeks. We adjust the pace to fit the group, but every week builds toward your one concrete output.

  1. Week 01

    Goals and reality check

What you're trying to do, what's stopping you, what 'useful' looks like by the end.

  2. Week 02

    How you think and decide

Your builder profile — how you learn, avoid, decide, and execute.

  3. Week 03

    Practical AI

Using AI as a thinking partner and worker for real tasks in your life.

  4. Week 04

    Build your one output

Pick the concrete thing and start shaping it with support.

  5. Week 05

    Business and admin basics

Structure, incorporation, the admin layer of running anything.

  6. Week 06

    Money, tax, and operating discipline

Cash flow, HST, receipts, and systems that prevent chaos.

  7. Week 07

    Sharpen and finish

Tighten the output. Make it actually usable on Monday.

  8. Week 08

    Demo and next steps

Show what you built. Map what's next. Leave with a working artifact.

This is an early pilot. We're testing the model before broader rollout. Participants should be willing to give feedback and help shape the program.
